Bridget Fahrland leads Fry's creative efforts, guiding the company's designers and writers to ensure that every Web site we design captures the client's brand and provides a compelling online experience. Her guiding design philosophy is that "Brand is ultimately an experience, not an image. Thus design, information architecture, and technology must work together to convey a brand and drive it forward. Our work is not about digitizing logos. It's about driving transactions and building relationships. Our designers and writers keep these goals in mind - and the end result is more than a pretty picture. It's a great looking bottom line."
Bridget joined Fry in 1996 and has served in a series of increasingly important roles. She has earned three Addy Awards, was named one of the industry's "Top 10 Creative Geniuses" by VAR Business magazine, and has been cited in Catalog Age, Internet World, Target Marketing, and other publications.
Bridget previously worked as a freelance writer and editor for various agencies and institutions, including the University of Michigan and the United States Agency for International Development. She holds a B.A. from Mount Holyoke College and an M.A. in creative writing from Boston University.
